My dad cuts it up in smallish pieces when he butchers the deer. I use a meat tenderizer hammer thingee to flatten them out and soften them up. Then I dip lightly in egg wash, dust with seasoned flour, dip in the egg wash again and then back in the flour for a good, thick coating. Then I just fry them up. The real tricks are tenderizing the meat first with the hammer and seasoning your flour really well. I usually use fajita seasoning or steak seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Hope this helps. I am jealous of your freezer full of deer meat!Lonestarcasiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09495245009176908519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6821158860839423627.post-82299334295419545762010-12-21T20:27:00.622-08:002010-12-21T20:27:00.622-08:00I would love to get your recipe for chicken deer m...I would love to get your recipe for chicken deer meat, our freezer is full and I am on the look out for new ways to prepare it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
